What is Tiny Titans?
A verified local impact platform. Charities list their projects. Supporters and businesses back them directly. The charity verifies the support. That verified contribution lives permanently on the supporter's profile, builds their Titan Type identity, and feeds into community leaderboards. Real support, properly verified, made visible.
Does Tiny Titans handle money or process donations?
No. The money never touches us. Support flows directly between the supporter and the organisation outside the platform. Tiny Titans is the discovery, verification, and visibility layer.
What does verified mean?
Verified means the receiving organisation has confirmed the support happened and attached it to the right project. They do the verifying, not us. The accountability sits where it should — with the people who actually received the support.
Is a verified contribution the same as a tax receipt?
No. A verified contribution on Tiny Titans is a public record that support happened. It is not a tax receipt or official financial document. If a receipt is relevant to your contribution, that comes directly from the receiving charity through their own processes. We do not issue financial or tax documentation of any kind.
How much does it cost?
Free for supporters and charities at base level. Always. Business accounts are paid. Founding member pricing is available for businesses that join before the platform goes live. Get in touch to find out more.

How does the email upload verification process work?
Once support arrives, log in and upload the supporter's email address against the relevant project. Individual emails or bulk CSV. Select the contribution type, add an optional note, and submit.Tiny Titans matches each email against existing accounts and credits verified contributions automatically. For emails that do not match an existing account, a personalised invitation is sent so that person can claim their contribution and join the platform.You do not approve or reject anything. You upload. We handle the rest.
Does Tiny Titans issue tax receipts?
No. Tiny Titans does not issue tax receipts, donation acknowledgements, or any official financial documentation. A verified contribution is a public record that support happened. Nothing more. If a donor is entitled to a tax credit, that documentation comes directly from your organisation through your usual processes. Tiny Titans sits entirely outside that process.
Is Tiny Titans free for charities?
Yes. Always. Tiny Titans is free for charities at every level and that is a permanent commitment, not a trial period. Your base plan covers everything you need to get started. Profile, unlimited projects, email upload verification, supporter history, custom branding, supporter export, campaign templates, and two admin users. Founding charity partners are the organisations that join Tiny Titans before the platform goes live. As a founding partner you get first access at launch, a named Founding Partner badge on your profile, and direct input into how the platform develops. How do Rallies and Missions work for charities?
Rallies and Missions are how businesses on Tiny Titans broadcast what they want to support. A Rally is an entry level commitment. A Mission is larger and more sustained. Each listing shows the business, cause category, location, bounty amount, slots available, and timeframe.Browse and filter by tier, Titan category, and location. Find one that fits. Pitch directly to the business outside the platform through whatever channel works. Email, phone, however you prefer. Tiny Titans is the discovery layer only. The conversation is yours.Once support arrives, verify it through the standard email upload process. The fulfilled slot updates automatically on the business profile.Access is free for all charities with a completed and verified profile.

What is Guild identity?
Guild identity is how Tiny Titans recognises a business's collective community contribution. It mirrors the Titan Type system for individuals but reflects your whole team's verified giving patterns rather than personal contributions.Your Main Guild is assigned automatically after your first verified contribution and shifts dynamically as your team's involvement evolves. Sub-Guilds are earned for every additional cause category your team backs.Eight Guilds. One for each cause category. It cannot be purchased. It is earned.
How does team affiliation work?
Invite team members via email or CSV. Tiny Titans sends each person a personalised invitation. Team members can also request affiliation themselves. Work email matching your domain means auto-approval. No work email means manual review from you. Once affiliated, their verified contributions count toward both their personal profile and your business team tally, feeding into your Guild standing. Remove an affiliation at any time. Tallies update immediately.
What are Rallies and Missions?
Rallies and Missions let your business broadcast what you want to support so local charities can find you and pitch directly.A Rally is an entry level commitment. A Mission is larger and more sustained. You set the cause category, location, bounty amount, timeframe, and number of slots. The tier is assigned automatically.Charities browse, filter, and pitch directly outside the platform. The conversation happens on your terms. Once a match is made and verified, the fulfilled slot updates automatically. When complete, you are prompted to set up a formal Cause Commitment.
What is founding member pricing?

How do I earn a Titan Type?
Every time a charity verifies a contribution, you automatically earn a Titan Type based on the cause category. Support a sustainability project and you earn Terra, the Green Titan. Back an education campaign and you earn Lumen, the Yellow Titan. You do not choose it. It is assigned based on your verified contribution history.
What is a Main Titan and what is a Sub-Titan?
Your Main Titan is where you show up most consistently. It is assigned dynamically based on frequency, recency, and volume of your verified contributions and shifts over time as your giving patterns evolve. That shift is always framed as growth, not loss. Sub-Titans are collected for every other cause category you have backed. Earn all eight and something special happens.
How do I affiliate with my employer?
If your employer is on Tiny Titans, it takes about thirty seconds. Add your work email, confirm the verification code, and you are in. Auto-approved, no waiting. No work email? You can request affiliation manually and your employer approves or rejects it. Once approved your contributions count toward both your personal profile and the business team tally. If you change jobs your history comes with you. Remove the old affiliation, add your new work email, and carry on.
What shows on my public profile?
You choose what the world sees. Titan Types, verified contribution history, causes supported, charities backed, group affiliations, and leaderboard standing. Show exact amounts, ranges, causes only, or keep it anonymous. Your profile is yours to control.
